Privacy Policy & Messaging Terms

This Privacy Policy explains how Ollie Design, a trade name of Agency OS LLC (“Ollie,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you contact us or use our services. By using our website or submitting our contact form, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We only collect what you give us and what we need to respond to you:
- Contact details you submit: name, business name, email, and phone number.
- Project details: what you tell us about your business and what you’re looking for.
- Consent records: if you opt in to text messages, we store your consent, the date and time, your IP address, the page you were on, and the exact disclosure shown to you (or the keyword you texted).
- Public business information: to build a free demo site we may use publicly listed details about your business (name, address, hours, phone, photos, reviews).
- Basic usage data: standard web analytics, used only to improve the site.
How we use your information
We use it to reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals and work for you, provide our services, and, only if you opt in, send you text messages about your project. We do not sell your information.
How we share your information
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, customer-support tools), and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services (such as customer service) is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties.
Messaging Terms (SMS)
Ollie Design (Agency OS LLC (dba Ollie Design)) offers an optional SMS program about your free website design, your project, go-live and account (service texts), plus occasional marketing messages only if you separately opt in to them. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Participation is voluntary and is never a condition of any purchase. Full program terms are in our Terms of Service.
- How you opt in: by texting SITE (or DEMO or START) to (319) 391-7171, (service texts only), or by checking one or both of two separate, unchecked boxes on our forms (contact, restaurants, demo site or claim page): one for service texts and a separate one for marketing texts. Each consent is recorded separately. We never text anyone without this explicit opt-in.
- What we send: your demo site link, messages about your inquiry, project, go-live, billing and scheduling, and, only if you checked the separate marketing box, occasional offers about our website plans. We text only between 9am and 8pm your local time.
- Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REMOVE) at any time. You’ll get one confirmation and then no further texts.

- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and SMS consent are used solely to communicate with you and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, as stated above.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold, and you can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP. Email hello@olliedesign.net to make a request.
Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, including retaining consent records as proof of opt-in. We use reasonable safeguards, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
