Villa Kaelen
A cliff-edge family house built into the slope, organised around a single top-lit stair that draws the sea light down through all three floors.
We designed and built it end to end over twenty-two months, working in board-formed concrete, oak, and a great deal of glass. Every window was placed to frame a specific view and to disappear when it isn't needed.
