EST. 2008Westchester County and GreenwichDesign and build under one roof

Your home, considered and made beautiful.

Unified renovations in Westchester County and Greenwich, where the hands that design your spaces are the craftsmen who build them.

I. The Quiet Order

One unified team. Design and build together.

Fragmented projects breed uncertainty. When architects design without builders, budgets escalate and craftsmanship dissolves.

We operate as a single studio. Our architects, engineers, and master carpenters share one space, reconciling beauty with budget from day one. No handoffs, no misunderstandings, no compromise in detail.

“We design with full knowledge of material costs, and build with absolute fidelity to the architectural intent.”

III. Monograph Profile No. 1

The Greenwich Estate: restoring spatial logic.

We acquired the Greenwich estate as a compartmentalized, mid-century masonry shell. Our objective was to unify the space with structural steel gantries, removing load-bearing partitions in favor of expansive, light-flooded paths. Every view opens to the surrounding maple stand.

V. The Roadmap

How your project unfolds.

Our unified process removes the risk and stress of remodeling. Here is how we move from concept sketch to move-in reveal.

CONVERSATIONPhase 01 / 04

The Spatial Consultation

We meet at your residence to trace daylight, assess flow, and deliberate on structural limits. We establish programmatic desires alongside preliminary financial constraints, ensuring a realistic trajectory before any paper is inked.

VI. Our Collective

Architects and builders. Under one roof.

We are certified master builders, registered architects, and meticulous designers. Rather than shifting accountability, we share it entirely. This is the foundation of our execution.

VII. The Assurance Matrix

An honest approach to budget and timeline.

We refuse the game of lowball bids and later change orders. That practice destroys trust and compromises design. Our design contracts are paired with explicit cost models, revised in real time.

Complete cost transparency

Every material, labor rate, and subcontractor fee is open to inspection during the modeling phase.

No design-to-build gaps

Since our building director estimates as we sketch, you never receive blueprints you cannot afford to build.

One point of responsibility

If a technical issue arises on site, we settle it within our walls. You are fully protected from finger-pointing.

Comparing project delivery paths

VIII. Tactile Provenance

Materials chosen with architectural rigor.

Beauty begins with raw, uncompromised honesty. We search quarries and timber lots for materials that gracefully collect a soft patina over generations of home life.

IX. Spatial Beginnings

Begin your home’s legacy.

Every beautiful project begins with an unhurried, private conversation. We meet at your property to examine the natural light, verify structural flow, and evaluate spatial layouts.

The feasibility standard

There is no obligation tied to our exploratory consultations. We meet as designers and planners, helping you find structure before committing capital.

Begin a consultation.

We need a few parameters to plan our first conversation.

A consultation is an open, private discussion about your space, with no binding commitments.
